Maestral is a three-room apartment designed for families or groups of friends who wish to share their stay without giving up space, privacy, and a balanced rhythm.

Located in the Mercede district, one of the most vibrant areas of Alghero, it is just a short walk from Parco Tarragona, the Lungomare Dante promenade, and the historic center. A location that allows you to experience the city with continuity — evening walks, relaxed returns, spontaneous outings — without the need to plan every move.

The apartment is spacious and filled with natural light, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Two double bedrooms ensure privacy and quiet, while the living area becomes a shared space to come together: a welcoming lounge with sofa, dining table, a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, and a small balcony for moments of pause. A windowed bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

MAESTRAL is located on the third floor of a building equipped with a small panoramic glass elevator, offering easier access while preserving the character of the property.
